Score the back of the ribs with a knife several times.<br>Apply mostly dry skin all over the ribs. There are ribs in the meat part of the seal. Move the page.<br>Bake in preheated oven until cooked through and bake for 2 hours. Leave it for 10 minutes.<br>Increase the oven temperature to 175 degrees Celsius.<br>Open the fillets and discard all juices and fat. Spread barbecue sauce all over the grill.<br>Place the meat on top and return it to the oven with the foam. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and apply another layer of barbecue sauce to meat side.
