In this step, preservatives are removed and the fruits are gently hydrated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After soaking, spread the fruits out to dry on a paper towel. After covering them with a second towel, let them to air dry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cut the fruits into tiny pieces once they&#8217;re dry to make incorporating them into the dessert easier.<br>Melting the Gelatin<br>Dissolve 20g of fast-dissolving gelatin in 100g of water while the fruits are drying. Put this mixture away.<br>Warming Up the Nuts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roast the pumpkin seeds, peanuts, and walnuts in a pan. To keep them from burning, occasionally stir and toss them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After roasting, remove the nuts and let them cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blending Yogurt with Cottage Cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put 80g of yogurt and 350g of cottage cheese in a big bowl. Using a hand blender, vigorously mix them until a smooth consistency is achieved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adding Gelatin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Melt the combination of gelatin that was previously set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transfer roughly 2 tablespoons of the cheese-yogurt mixture into the liquefied gelatin by stirring it in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Re-pour this gelatin-cheese combination into the basin containing the leftover yogurt-cheese mixture. Use the hand blender to mix it once more. Everything will be held together by the gelatin.<br>Combining Nuts, Seeds, and Fruits<br>In the bowl with the cheese and gelatin mixture, add the roasted nuts, pumpkin seeds, and dried fruits. To ensure that all the ingredients are uniformly incorporated, thoroughly mix them with a ladle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forming the Blend<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scoop the mixture onto a piece of saran wrap with care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Along the length of the wrap, form the mixture into a thick line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roll the saran wrap into a tube shape by rolling it like you would a sushi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To make sure the mixture maintains its shape, firmly twist the ends of the saran wrap.<br>Refrigerator chilling<br>To let the mixture solidify, refrigerate it for about two hours after it has been wrapped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opening and Cutting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the dessert is done, take it out of the fridge and open the saran wrap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cut the dessert into serving sizes.
