Set aside. This is going to be the garnish later on.<br>Mix the eggs, milk, cheese, crumbled Ritz crackers, onion, bell pepper, salt, and black pepper in a big bowl. Blend thoroughly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stir in the ground meat. Just to blend, thoroughly mix.
