{"id":141,"date":"2024-03-09T17:10:25","date_gmt":"2024-03-09T17:10:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=141"},"modified":"2024-03-10T22:31:47","modified_gmt":"2024-03-10T22:31:47","slug":"hibachi-steak-and-shrimp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=141","title":{"rendered":"Hibachi Steak and Shrimp"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-amber-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-705207a170da15651f5a63701316c686\"><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pound shrimp, raw<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 pound steak, sirloin steak (or any type of steak you like)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 \u00bd -2 cups white rice, cooked ( you can also put rice in a bag)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 tablespoons soy sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 large zucchini, sliced \u200b\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd cup frozen peas and carrot mixture (optional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 sweet yellow onion, cut into slices<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 teaspoons canola oil (can use vegetable oil)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salt and pepper and garlic powder and onion powder to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-amber-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-01c88bc4b2821818fe93b0a04f7b8e59\"><strong>INSTRUCTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the steak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salt and pepper the shrimp, vegetables and rice \u2013 to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boil the rice according to package instructions, then set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut half the onion into bite-sized pieces and set aside<br> Cut the zucchini into coin-sized pieces, then into<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>smaller pieces and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put a little cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Season<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>with salt\/pepper to taste.Put the shrimp in the hot pan and fry each side for about 2 to 3 minutes. Take out the shrimp and leave it aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put cooking oil in the pan. Season the steak and place in the same pan. Cook each side for about 5-6 minutes or until done to your liking.Add cooking oil to the pan and saute the onions over medium heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes. Add the zucchini to the onions in the pan. Cook the onions until translucent and the zucchini is golden brown. The vegetables should be tender, this may take 7 to 10 minutes.Season with salt\/pepper to taste. (Allow the zucchini<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>to cook on each side and let it sit for a few minutes until golden brown)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and add 3 raw eggs<br>Beat the eggs until well cooked, then add frozen vegetables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Add rice to the pan and mix the ingredients well.Add soy sauce (and any other seasonings of your choice) and stir again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add minced or whole shrimp to the rice if desired and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>See more Big Mac French Toast<br>Cut steak into cubes and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put the rice on a plate. Next add the vegetables,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>steak and shrimp.Serve with delicious sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
