{"id":1420,"date":"2024-10-27T13:01:32","date_gmt":"2024-10-27T13:01:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=1420"},"modified":"2024-10-27T13:01:32","modified_gmt":"2024-10-27T13:01:32","slug":"blueberry-sour-cream-coffee-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=1420","title":{"rendered":"Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have no idea where I got this recipe from, but it was about thirty years ago and has been a family favorite since.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-green-cyan-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-50101ebfc010a87145bda45b11ceccfc wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Half a cup of butter<br>Half a cup of powdered sugar<br>Half a cup of brown sugar<br>One teaspoon of vanilla<br>Two eggs<br>One cup of sour cream<br>Three cups of flour<br>One teaspoon of baking soda<br>One teaspoon of baking powder<br>Half a cup of fresh blueberries, separated<br>Filling for streusel<br>Five teaspoons of melted salted butter<br>Half a cup of brown sugar<br>One-half teaspoon of cinnamon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-green-cyan-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8a14ccb57c9f69789668352b39501835 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INSTRUCTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees.<br>Cream sugars and butter. Stir in sour cream, eggs, and vanilla until blended.<br>Stir in baking powder, baking soda, and flour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apply non-stick cooking spray to the bundt pan to prepare it. To create a dent for the filling, lay half of the cake batter in the pan and pat down along the middle.<br>Spread the streusel filling into the batter that has been indented. Place \u00bd of the blueberries on top.<br>Press down to evenly distribute the remaining batter over the initial layer of batter in the pan. Top with the final \u00bd of<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
