To melt it, put the pan in the oven. After the butter has melted, evenly distribute the brown sugar on top of it, then the pineapple pieces. Put the pan aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in the bowl of a countertop mixer. Hand-mix using a wire whisk.<br>Add the eggs, vanilla, oil, and the mixture of milk and vinegar. To incorporate ingredients, use the whisk attachment and mix on low for 30 seconds.<br>After that, set the mixer to high and beat for three minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl a few times. Cover the pineapple in the cake pan with batter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For heaven&#8217;s sake, either line the rack with aluminum foil or place the cake pan on a jelly roll pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a toothpick is pushed into the center of the cake, it should come out with a few moist crumbs. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes.<br>Take the cake out of the oven when it&#8217;s finished.
