Sift 1\/3 of the flour into the mixture, beat lightly at medium speed, then add the remaining 1\/3 of the flour and beat well. Add the last 1\/3 of the flour and beat until combined, about 1 minute. Do not over-mix as this may cause the cake to collapse or collapse.<br>4.Place parchment paper in the mold and then pour the dough into the mold.
