Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it.<br>On a lightly floured board, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.<br>Combine the olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl. Evenly coat the pizza dough with the olive oil scented with garlic.<br>Over the dough, scatter half of the shredded provolone (or mozzarella) and grated Parmesan cheese.<br>Evenly distribute the thinly sliced beef over the dough.
