Line a baking pan with parchment paper or grease and flour it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apple preparation involves chopping the apples into little pieces and putting them aside.<br>Combine Wet Ingredients: Beat the eggs and cane sugar in a large bowl until they are light and frothy. Add the lemon zest, milk, seed oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until combined.<br>Add the dry ingredients:<br>Add the cinnamon, baking powder, and flour to the wet mixture and sift them in gradually. Avoid overmixing and stir gently until just mixed.<br>Fold in the apples:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure they are uniformly distributed throughout the mixture, gently incorporate the diced apples into the batter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour into Pan: Using a spatula, level the top of the batter after pouring it into the baking pan that has been prepared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bake: Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, in a preheated oven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cool: After taking the cake out of the oven, let it to cool in the pan for ten or so minutes.
