After adding the flour, whisk continuously for 6 minutes to create a golden roux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the roux mixture and whisk until smooth after heating the milk to a boil. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes while stirring continuously. Finally, add salt and nutmeg.<br>Set the oven&#8217;s temperature to 400\u00b0F, or 200\u00b0C.<br>Put the ground beef, paprika, and 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of minced parsley in a big bowl. Add salt and pepper for seasoning. Stir in onions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peel and boil potatoes for about 7 minutes, or until they are just beginning to soften.
