Knead the mixture with your hands or a dough mixer until a smooth dough forms. Add a little more flour if the dough is too sticky, and a little more water if it is too dry.<br>Form the flatbread by rolling the dough into balls after pinching off tiny portions. To make your flatbreads, use a rolling pin to flatten each ball on a lightly floured board. It should be between 1\/8 and 1\/4 inch thick, depending on your taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To prepare the flatbreads, preheat a frying pan or nonstick skillet over medium heat. Put a flatbread in the pan once it&#8217;s heated.<br>Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and just beginning to puff up. Proceed with the remaining flatbreads in the same manner.<br>Brushing with Garlic Oil: Combine pressed garlic, your preferred herbs, and a tiny amount of oil in a small bowl. This will be your brushing combination, full of flavor.<br>While the flatbreads are still warm, brush the top side with the garlic oil mixture.
