Leave it nearby.Season the chicken breast pieces with salt and also pepper..<br>Put cornstarch in a large Ziploc bag and add the chicken breast pieces. Close the bag and shake to coat the chicken evenly with the cornstarch.<br>In a shallow bowl, beat two large eggs.<br>Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat until boiling.Dip each cornstarch-coated chicken piece into the beaten egg until evenly coated.<br>Fry the coated chicken pieces in a pan until golden brown. and transfer it to a baking dish.<br>In a medium bowl, mix granulated sugar, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and sea salt.
