{"id":1835,"date":"2024-12-31T23:27:53","date_gmt":"2024-12-31T23:27:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=1835"},"modified":"2024-12-31T23:27:54","modified_gmt":"2024-12-31T23:27:54","slug":"banana-bread-brownies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=1835","title":{"rendered":"Banana Bread Brownies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<br><\/strong>For the Banana Bread Bars:<br>One and a half cups of granulated sugar, one cup of sour cream, and one and a half cups of softened unsalted butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Four ripe bananas, mashed; two big eggs; two teaspoons of vanilla essence; two cups of all-purpose flour; one teaspoon of baking soda; and one-sixth teaspoon of salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make the Brown Butter Glaze, combine: 3 tablespoons milk, 1 \u00bd teaspoons vanilla extract, 4 cups powdered sugar, and \u00bd cup unsalted butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grease a 10-by-15-inch baking sheet and preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F (190\u00b0C).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beat the eggs, butter, sour cream, and sugar in a big bowl until smooth. Mix thoroughly after adding the vanilla extract and mashed bananas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the salt, baking soda, and flour and stir until just incorporated. Evenly distribute the batter onto the baking sheet that has been prepared.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean after 20 to 25 minutes of baking. Allow the bars to cool a little.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>To prepare the Glaze with Brown Butter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Keep heating for another 5 to 7 minutes or until the butter is golden brown and smells nutty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn off the heat and whisk in the milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth. You can adjust the glaze&#8217;s consistency by adding a bit more milk if it&#8217;s too thick.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evenly cover the warm banana bars with the glaze.
