{"id":1851,"date":"2025-01-04T15:35:33","date_gmt":"2025-01-04T15:35:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=1851"},"modified":"2025-01-04T15:35:33","modified_gmt":"2025-01-04T15:35:33","slug":"pecan-cheesecake-pie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=1851","title":{"rendered":"Pecan Cheesecake Pie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingredients<br><\/strong>One 9-inch pie crust, unbaked<br>One container (8 ounces) of softened cream cheese<br>One-third cup of granulated sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One teaspoon of vanilla extract<br>One huge egg<br>One cup of pecans, chopped<br>Three huge eggs<br>One cup of light corn syrup<br>1\/4 cup of brown sugar, packed<br>One teaspoon of vanilla extract<br><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Get the crust ready:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Set the oven temperature to 175\u00b0C (350\u00b0F).<br>Crimp the edges of the pie dough after placing it in a 9-inch pie plate.<br>Create the Layer of Cheesecake:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and one egg should all be smoothed out in a medium basin.<br>Evenly cover the bottom of the pie shell with the ingredients.<br>Include the pecans:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evenly distribute the chopped pecans on top of the layer of cheesecake.<br>Prepare the filling with pecans:<br>Combine the three eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a another bowl and whisk until well blended.<br>Pour this mixture over the pecans with caution.<br>Make the pie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pie should be baked for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the filling is set and the center is still somewhat jiggly, after the oven has been prepared.<br>Halfway through baking, cover the crust edges with aluminum foil if they are browning too quickly.<br>Chill and serve:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before slicing, let the pie cool fully at room temperature.<br>Serve plain or, for an added treat, with whipped cream.
