Break the ground beef into crumbles after adding it and cooking it until browned. Empty any extra oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saut\u00e9 the vegetables by adding the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the skillet. The vegetables should be softened but still slightly crunchy after 4 to 5 minutes of saut\u00e9ing.<br>Add the ground ginger, garlic powder, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using) and stir to season. Allow the flavors to combine by cooking for a further two to three minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix with Rice: Fill the skillet with the cooked rice. Make sure the rice is evenly covered with the sauce and beef combination by giving it a good stir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve: Divide into dishes, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve warm.
