{"id":1884,"date":"2025-01-09T15:10:51","date_gmt":"2025-01-09T15:10:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=1884"},"modified":"2025-01-09T15:10:51","modified_gmt":"2025-01-09T15:10:51","slug":"ravioli-with-tomatoes-asparagus-garlic-and-herbs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=1884","title":{"rendered":"Ravioli with Tomatoes, Asparagus, Garlic, and Herbs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<br><\/strong>One tablespoon of olive oil<br>One pound of asparagus, cut into 2-inch segments after trimming the ends<br>Two cups of cherry tomatoes, cut in half<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three minced garlic cloves<br>To taste, add salt and pepper.<br>A quarter cup of chicken broth and one tablespoon of lemon juice<br>1\/4 cup chopped fresh basil<br>1\/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1\/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, and additional ingredients for serving<br>One bundle (20 ounces) Cheese ravioli in the refrigerator<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the directions on the package to prepare the ravioli. After draining, set away.<br>Heat the olive oil in a big skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the asparagus for four to five minutes, or until it is crisp-tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To the skillet, add the garlic and cherry tomatoes. Add salt and pepper for seasoning. Cook until the tomatoes start to soften, about 2 to 3 more minutes.<br>Add the lemon juice and chicken broth. Cook for two minutes after bringing to a simmer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After cooking, add the ravioli to the skillet and toss gently to mix with the sauce and vegetables.<br>Add the grated Parmesan cheese, parsley, and fresh basil and stir.
