{"id":1902,"date":"2025-01-11T02:00:30","date_gmt":"2025-01-11T02:00:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=1902"},"modified":"2025-01-11T02:00:31","modified_gmt":"2025-01-11T02:00:31","slug":"mini-banana-cream-pies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=1902","title":{"rendered":"Mini Banana Cream Pies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<br><\/strong>For the Crust:<br>1 1\/2 cups of crumbs from graham crackers<br>1\/4 cup of sugar, granulated<br>Six teaspoons of melted unsalted butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the Filling:<br>Two ripe, mashed bananas<br>1\/4 cup of sugar, granulated<br>Three teaspoons of cornstarch<br>Two cups of whole milk<br>Two yolks from an egg<br>One teaspoon of vanilla extract<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the topping:<br>One cup of thick whipping cream<br>Two tablespoons of sugar powder<br>One sliced banana as a garnish<br>Caramel drizzling or honey (optional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Get the crust ready:<br>Set the oven&#8217;s temperature to 175\u00b0C (350\u00b0F).<br>In a bowl, thoroughly mix the melted butter, sugar, and graham cracker crumbs.<br>Line a cupcake pan with paper liners and press the mixture into the sides and bottom of the pan.<br>Bake until gently golden, 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool fully.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare the Filling: Whisk together the cornstarch, sugar, and mashed bananas in a medium saucepan.<br>Add milk gradually and stir until smooth.<br>Stir continuously while cooking over medium heat until the sauce thickens, which should take 5 to 7 minutes.<br>Whisk the yolks of the eggs in a different basin.
