{"id":1911,"date":"2025-01-13T00:14:21","date_gmt":"2025-01-13T00:14:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=1911"},"modified":"2025-01-13T00:14:22","modified_gmt":"2025-01-13T00:14:22","slug":"chicken-alfredo-pasta-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=1911","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Alfredo Pasta Recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<br><\/strong>For the Chicken:<br>Two skinless and boneless chicken breasts<br>To taste, add salt and pepper.<br>One tablespoon of olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the Alfredo sauce:<br>One cup of heavy cream<br>Half a cup of Parmesan cheese, grated<br>Two tablespoons of butter without salt<br>One minced garlic clove<br>To taste, add salt and pepper.<br>An optional sprinkle of ground nutmeg<br>Regarding the pasta:<br>12 ounces of pasta fettuccine<br>For boiling water, add salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions:<br><\/strong>Prepare the pasta:<br>Bring a big pot of water that has been salted to a boil.<br>As directed on the package, cook the fettuccine pasta until it&#8217;s al dente.<br>Save some pasta water to use in the sauce if necessary after draining the noodles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Get the chicken ready:<br>Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper while the pasta cooks.<br>In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the internal temperature reaches 165\u00b0F\/75\u00b0C, add the chicken breasts and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.<br>After taking off the heat, let the chicken a few minutes to rest before slicing it into thin strips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepare the Alfredo sauce:<br>Melt the butter in the same skillet over medium heat.<br>Cook the minced garlic for one minute, or until it becomes aromatic.<br>After adding the heavy cream, boil the mixture. Cook for two to three minutes, stirring now and then.<br>Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and cook for 3\u20134 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
