{"id":1924,"date":"2025-01-15T12:54:59","date_gmt":"2025-01-15T12:54:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=1924"},"modified":"2025-01-15T12:55:04","modified_gmt":"2025-01-15T12:55:04","slug":"garlic-butter-bacon-cheeseburger-rollups","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=1924","title":{"rendered":"Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 lb ground beef<br>Half a cup of fried bacon, broken up<br>Half a cup of cheddar cheese, shredded<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/4 cup of pickles, chopped<br>To taste, add salt and pepper.<br>One tube of chilled pizza dough<br>1\/4 cup melted unsalted butter, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)<br>Mustard and ketchup (for dipping)<br><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turn the oven on to 375\u00b0F, or 190\u00b0C. Put parchment paper on a baking pan.<br>Using a spatula, break up the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until it turns golden brown. Add the crumbled bacon and season with salt and pepper. Take off the heat and let it to cool a little.<br>The pizza dough should be rolled out into a big rectangle. Evenly cover the dough with the cooked beef and bacon mixture. Add diced pickles and grated cheddar cheese on top.<br>Roll the dough tightly into a log, beginning at one end, and cut into 1-inch pieces. After the baking sheet is ready, place each roll-up on it.<br>Put the minced garlic and melted butter in a small bowl.
