{"id":2014,"date":"2025-02-08T01:03:07","date_gmt":"2025-02-08T01:03:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=2014"},"modified":"2025-02-08T01:03:08","modified_gmt":"2025-02-08T01:03:08","slug":"old-fashioned-goulash","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=2014","title":{"rendered":"OLD FASHIONED GOULASH"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br>Two pounds of ground turkey or beef<br>Three teaspoons of finely chopped garlic<br>One big sliced yellow onion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two and a half cups of water<br>\u2153 cup olive oil and \u00bd cup beef broth<br>Two 15-ounce tomato sauce cans<br>Two 15-oz cans of chopped tomatoes<br>One tablespoon of Italian seasoning<br>One tablespoon of seasoning for adobo<br>Three bay leaves<br>One spoonful of salt with seasoning<br>Half a spoonful of black pepper<br>Two cups of raw elbow macaroni<br>One cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded<br>Half a cup of cheddar cheese, shredded<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><br>Prepare the ground meat by cooking it: Brown and partially cook ground beef or turkey in a large skillet over medium-high heat; set aside.<br>Saut\u00e9 the Vegetables: Add olive oil to the same pan if necessary, and cook the chopped onion and minced garlic for around five minutes, or until they are tender and aromatic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix Ingredients: Put the meat back in the pan and whisk in the water, tomato sauce, beef broth, and diced tomatoes.<br>Add the goulash seasoning: Stir thoroughly after adding the bay leaves, seasoned salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and adobo seasoning.<br>Simmer the mixture.
