Set aside a loaf pan that has been greased.<br>Prepare the batter:<br>Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a medium-sized bowl.<br>Whisk the egg, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract in a separate basin.<br>Stir just until mixed after adding the wet components to the dry ingredients. Avoid overmixing.<br>Get the cinnamon filling ready.<br>Combine the ground cinnamon and brown sugar in a small bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Layer the Filling and Batter: Fill the loaf pan with half of the batter.<br>Evenly distribute half of the sugar-cinnamon mixture over the top.<br>Cover with the remaining batter, spreading it out gently.<br>On top, scatter the leftover cinnamon-sugar mixture.<br>To achieve a marbled look, gently swirl the cinnamon filling into the batter using a knife.<br>A toothpick put into the center of the bread should come out clean after 40 to 45 minutes of baking.<br>Make the Icing: In a small bowl, combine the milk, vanilla essence, and powdered sugar until smooth and pourable while the bread cools.
