Crispy bacon, creamy cheese, and fluffy eggs come together in this delicious dish to make a delicious breakfast!
Ingredients:
One pound of bacon<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eight big eggs
Two cups of milk
Three cups of Cheddar cheese, shredded
Half a cup of chopped onion
One-half cup of chopped green bell pepper
One 16-oz box of thawed frozen hash brown potatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIRECTIONS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Lightly butter a 7 x 11-inch casserole dish and preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F (175\u00b0C).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Cook the bacon in a big skillet over medium-high heat for ten minutes or until browned. Crumble after draining on paper towels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Beat the milk and eggs together in a large bowl. Add the cheese, green pepper, onion, and crumbled bacon. Add the thawed hash browns and stir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Fill the casserole dish with the mixture. Bake, covered with aluminum foil, for forty-five minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Remove the lid and continue baking until the eggs are set, about 30 minutes more.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
