{"id":2139,"date":"2025-03-21T20:41:18","date_gmt":"2025-03-21T20:41:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=2139"},"modified":"2025-03-21T20:41:21","modified_gmt":"2025-03-21T20:41:21","slug":"texas-roadhouse-rolls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=2139","title":{"rendered":"Texas Roadhouse Rolls"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<br><\/strong>One packet of active dry yeast (2 1\/4 teaspoons)<br>1 1\/4 cups of warm (105\u2013110\u00b0F) milk<br>One-third cup of granulated sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/4 cup room-temperature unsalted butter (1\/2 stick)<br>One big egg at ambient temperature<br>One teaspoon of kosher salt<br>Three and a half to four cups of all-purpose flour (plus extra for kneading)<br>Three tablespoons of melted unsalted butter (for brushing)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions:<br><\/strong>First Step: Get the Yeast Active<br>Mix the sugar and warm milk in a small bowl, then add the yeast.<br>Give it five minutes to sit until it foams.<br>Step 2: Get the dough ready<br>Combine the yeast mixture, egg, salt, 2 cups flour, and 1\/4 cup butter in a large mixing basin.<br>Until the batter is smooth, beat on medium speed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>bit by bit, add the remaining flour until a soft ball of dough forms.<br>The dough should be tacky but not sticky after two to three minutes of beating at medium-high speed. If necessary, add extra flour 1 tablespoon at a time.<br>Step 3: Initially Rise<br>Grease a big bowl lightly, put the dough in, and flip once to coat.<br>Cover with a fresh dish towel and leave in a warm location for 45 to 60 minutes, or until doubled in size.<br>Step Four: Form the Rolls<br>Gently punch down the dough. Lightly dust a surface with flour, then turn out the dough.
