{"id":2240,"date":"2025-05-03T00:35:32","date_gmt":"2025-05-03T00:35:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=2240"},"modified":"2025-05-03T00:35:33","modified_gmt":"2025-05-03T00:35:33","slug":"tater-tot-breakfast-bowl-with-sausage-gravy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/boodiz.com\/?p=2240","title":{"rendered":"Tater Tot Breakfast Bowl with Sausage Gravy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<br><\/strong>One pound of breakfast sausage<br>Two teaspoons of butter<br>A quarter cup of all-purpose flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two cups of milk<br>To taste, add salt and pepper.<br>Four cups of tater tots, frozen<br>Four big eggs<br>One cup of cheddar cheese, shredded<br>Fresh chives chopped for garnish (optional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions:<br><\/strong>Set the oven temperature to 425\u00b0F (220\u00b0C).<br>The morning sausage should be cooked through and browned after being fried in a big skillet over medium heat. Take out and place aside from the skillet.<br>Melt the butter in the same skillet over medium heat.
