24 ounces (3 cups) water<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed for best flavor)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with \u201cthe mother\u201d preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bc teaspoon pink Himalayan salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bc teaspoon ground ginger<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instructions<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Pour 24 ounces of water<\/em> into a large glass or jar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Add *lemon juice, **apple cider vinegar, **pink salt, and *ground ginger<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Stir well until the salt and ginger are fully dissolved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
