Ingredients :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crust:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 cup butter, softened
2 cups all-purpose flour
\u00bd cup powdered sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pecan Topping:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 large eggs
\u00be cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Prepare the Oven
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F (175\u00b0C).
    Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Make the Crust
    In a bowl, mix butter, flour, and powdered sugar until a soft dough forms.
    Roll into small balls (about 1 inch).
    Press each ball into the mini muffin cups to form a small crust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Pre-Bake
    Bake the crusts for 10\u201312 minutes, just until lightly set (not browned).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Prepare the Filling.
    Combine brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla in a separate basin.
    Add the chopped pecans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Bake and fill again.
    Put a spoonful of the pecan mixture into each crust.
    Bake the cake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the filling has set.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Serve cold.
    Before removing, allow to cool in the pan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
