This old recipe comes from my grandmother’s box. This is a fun version of marshmallow fruit salad, but even more fun because it’s cold!

2 cups cream, and plus for serving
1 quart Strawberries, peeled
2 large bananas, sliced \u200b\u200band diced
20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/strong><\/em>STEP ONE:
<\/strong>Mix in a bowl cream cheese and strawberries.
Add the crushed pineapple and slice or dice the bananas and spread over the cream mixture.
STEP TWO:
<\/strong>Divide evenly
STEP THREE:
<\/strong>Dessert put it in the refrigerator until it hardens.
When you’re ready to serve, let it sit on the counter for 10 minutes. Dip the knife into hot water and cut the cooled dessert into pieces.
