Coat pork chops with flour mixture; Eliminate redundancy.<br>Over medium heat, add oil and fat to a cast iron pan and melt evenly. Carefully place pork chops in pan; Fry for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove pork ribs from pan.Mix together \u00bd cup flour mixture and buttermilk; Pour into pan, add hot fat and stir well; Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce heat and cook until thickened, stirring frequently.<br>Put the pork ribs in the pan; covered with sauce.
