They are called Baked Cracker Sandwiches everyone….and they are dead easy here is a recipe for them so you don’t have to say Hi on this post
2 sleeves Ritz crackers (regular sized sleeves, no the minis)
1/2 lb. deli turkey
1/2 lb. deli honey ham
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese slices
6 TBS. butter, melted
2 TBS. brown sugar
1 TBS. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. onion powder
1 TBS. poppy seeds
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place one sleeve of crackers on baking sheet, flat side up. It’s okay if the crackers touch, but don’t let them overlap each other.
Place a slice of turkey or ham on each cracker, folding up so it barely hangs over cracker.
Cheese should be sliced into 1-inch squares (I was able to get nine squares from each slice of cheese by cutting 3×3). On top of the deli meat, place one piece of cheese.
Flat side down, lay a cracker on top of each chunk of cheese.
Combine brown sugar, Dijon mustard, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and melted butter in a dish. Each cracker should be topped with a brush. Also sprinkle some poppy seeds on each cracker.
