INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 pound cooked bacon, diced
8 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (12-ounce) grated cheddar cheese, grated
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the grill to 175°C.
Heat a frying pan on the fire. Cook and stir burgers with garlic and onion powder until browned and falling apart, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard oil.
Spread the burgers on the bottom of a 9×13 mold. Stir in bacon cubes.
Beat eggs, heavy oil, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well blended. Mix 8 cheddar cheeses.
Pour egg mixture over meat and bacon. Sprinkle the remaining 4 Cheddar cheeses on top.
Bake in the preheated oven until top is brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
