Air Fryer Pull Apart Cheese Garlic Bread

Ingredients
Two tablespoons of ghee (a better substitute for butter) or unsalted butter
Two teaspoons of olive oil
One tablespoon of parsley, chopped finely

One teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Four cloves of garlic, finely chopped salt, and pepper to taste
One sourdough loaf
One cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded I like shredded cheese, but you may also use cubed cheese.

Instructions
In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave for 15 to 30 seconds.
Stir the butter with the olive oil, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Lay the bread out horizontally and flat. Using a serrated bread knife, cut the bread diagonally, about two-thirds of the way through, without slicing through. Keep your distance from the bread’s edges, about 1 inch from the corners.
