No-Oven Stovetop Bread- Don’t Lose This

Ingredients:
One cup of all-purpose flour
One teaspoon of baking powder
One-fourth teaspoon of salt

1/4 cup melted unsalted butter, 1/2 cup milk, and 1 egg
Instructions:

Mix the dry ingredients: Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium-sized bowl.
Mix wet ingredients: Beat the egg, milk, and melted butter in a different bowl.
Mix the dry and wet components together: Mix just until mixed after adding the wet components gradually to the dry ingredients.

Cook A big skillet should be heated to medium heat. Fill the skillet with batter. Cook until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 5 to 7 minutes per side.
Allow to cool: Before slicing and serving, allow it cool slightly.
