Ingredients:
One box of yellow cake mix from Duncan Hines
One-fourth cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated white sugar
One box (the larger size box) of vanilla pudding instant mix
Two tablespoons of cinnamon
Four eggs
3/4 cup oil and 3/4 cup water
Instructions:
Warm up the oven:
Set the oven temperature to 175°C (350°F). To keep a bundt pan from sticking, grease and flour it. (Any pan will work; simply refer to the cake box’s back for oven times.)
Combine the vanilla pudding mix, cinnamon, brown sugar, white sugar, and yellow cake mix in a large mixing bowl. Pour in the oil, water, and eggs. Beat the batter on medium speed until it is well combined and smooth.
Pour the batter: Evenly pour the batter into the bundt pan that has been prepared.
Bake: Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, in a preheated oven.
Cool the cake: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Optional glaze (for added indulgence): Combine 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup water in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. For a glossy, mouthwatering finish, drizzle the cake with the heated glaze.
