Homemade “Mounjaro” Drink with Pink Salt

Ingredients

24 ounces (3 cups) water

2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed for best flavor)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with “the mother” preferred)

¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

¼ teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Pour 24 ounces of water into a large glass or jar.
  2. Add *lemon juice, **apple cider vinegar, **pink salt, and *ground ginger.
  3. Stir well until the salt and ginger are fully dissolved.
  4. Taste and adjust — you can add more lemon for tanginess or more ginger for spice.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerato
