Ingredients
Two ½ teaspoons of baking powder and one and a half cups of all-purpose flour
Half a teaspoon of salt
One tablespoon of sugar and one and a half cups of any kind of milk
Three tablespoons of melted butter and one egg
Two teaspoons of optional vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Prepare the batter.
Sift the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a big bowl.- Pour in the melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla (if using). Stir until thoroughly blended.
- Prepare the pancakes:
Grease a non-stick pan or griddle and heat it to medium heat.
Transfer a quarter cup of batter to the griddle. Cook for about two minutes, or until bubbles appear and the edges are firm. Cook for one more minute after flipping.
Take out of the pan and keep it heated. - Present: Garnish with your preferred garnishes and savor!
