Ingredients:
1 can of buttermilk biscuits
1 can apple pie filling
half a cup of melted butter
half a cup of brown sugar
one tablespoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
Drain the apple pie filling, saving any liquid, to make the apple mixture. If you’d like, chop the apples into smaller pieces.
Get the sugar mixture ready.
Melted butter, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla essence should all be combined in a bowl. Stir thoroughly.
Put the biscuits together:
Each biscuit should be cut into quarters.
Make sure every biscuit is well covered by dipping it into the butter-sugar mixture.
In a greased baking dish, arrange the apple pie filling and coated biscuit pieces in layers.
Bake: Preheat the oven according the instructions on the biscuit package.
Bake until the mixture is bubbling and the biscuits are golden brown.
Serve: Before serving, allow it cool somewhat.
