You’ll Need:
Cut four medium potatoes thinly.
Four pork chops without bones.
One Lipton onion soup mix envelope.
One can of cream of mushroom.
Half a cup of milk.
Season with salt and pepper.
Method:
Heat ¼ cup of oil in a saucepan, brown the pork chops, and then remove any excess fat.
Layer the pork chops on top of the evenly spaced potato slices in a medium casserole dish.
Combine the milk, cream of mushroom, and onion soup mix in a pot and pour over the casserole to cover.
Bake for one hour at 350° in a preheated oven.
