Crunchy Chocolate Pecan

Ingredients :

Crust:

1 cup butter, softened
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup powdered sugar

Pecan Topping:

2 large eggs
¾ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions :

  1. Prepare the Oven
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Make the Crust
    In a bowl, mix butter, flour, and powdered sugar until a soft dough forms.
    Roll into small balls (about 1 inch).
    Press each ball into the mini muffin cups to form a small crust.
  3. Pre-Bake
    Bake the crusts for 10–12 minutes, just until lightly set (not browned).
  4. Prepare the Filling.
    Combine brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla in a separate basin.
    Add the chopped pecans.
  5. Bake and fill again.
    Put a spoonful of the pecan mixture into each crust.
    Bake the cake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the filling has set.
  6. Serve cold.
    Before removing, allow to cool in the pan.
