No-Bake Eclair Cake
Ingredients:
2 small packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 small container thawed whipped topping
3 cups milk
1 package graham cracker squares
1 package prepared chocolate frosting
Instructions:
Prepare Pudding Mixture: Combine whipped topping, milk, and pudding mix in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
Layer the Cake: Lay graham crackers in a 13×9-inch pan, then half of the pudding mixture. Put the rest of the pudding on top of another layer of graham crackers, then add graham crackers.
Put frosting all over the cake.
Chill: Before serving, refrigerate for a minimum of four hours.
