INGREDIENTS:
1 medium-sized cauliflower
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 /4 teaspoons black pepper
1 egg
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the baking tray on the baking tray.
Wash the pan and cut off the inflorescences. Place the florets in a food processor and pulse until they become fine, rice-like flakes.
Place the cauliflower baskets in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high until tender, 4-5 minutes.
Let the pan cool slightly and then place it on a clean tea towel or cheesecloth. Remove as much moisture as possible. This step is important for soft soils.
In a mixing bowl, combine grated cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, thyme, garlic powder, salt, pepper and egg. Mix well until it becomes a paste-like powder.
Place custard powder on prepared plate. Use your hands to flatten and shape into a 1/4-inch round circle.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and firm enough to handle.
Once the crust is ready, remove it from the oven and add your favorite pizza topping.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbles appear.
Slice and serve hot. Enjoy your pizza crust guilt-free!
