Ingredients:
One 14-ounce can of condensed milk with added sugar
Half a cup of lemon juice
Two eggs
Half a cup of melted butter
Half a cup of self-rising wheat
One teaspoon of vanilla extract and one lemon’s zest
Sugar powder, for dusting
Directions:
Grease a muffin tray and preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Combine condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, flour, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Evenly fill the muffin tray with the mixture.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is brown.
Before serving, let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
