I whipped these up for a quick treat

Two packets of room temperature, softened cream cheese.
One can of well-drained crushed pineapple
Chopped green onions, half a cup
Chopped green pepper, half a cup

A pinch of seasoning salt
One teaspoon of lemon pepper spice
Two cups of finely chopped pecans
A variety of crackers

How to Prepare Heavenly Cheeseballs with Pineapples

FIRST STEP:

Beat the cream cheese in a big bowl until it’s smooth.
Add the vegetables and fold gently.

SECOND STEP:

Put the seasonings in.
Add half a cup of pecans, chopped.

THIRD STEP:

Roll and form the cheese into a ball on a piece of plastic wrap.
Put in the fridge for the entire night.

STEP FOUR:

Roll the ball with the remaining chopped pecans right before serving.
Place a selection of crackers around the ball in the middle of a dish.
