Smokey Sloppy Joe and Provolone

Two pounds of cooked and drained ground beef
Two cans of sloppy Joe sauce (we prefer Del Monte since it tastes like smokey barbecue) alternatively you could mix in some liquid smoke.

Two boxes of Texas Toast cheese and garlic bread
Sliced provolone or shredded mozzarella cheese

Turn the oven on to 375°.

After draining and browning the ground beef, add the sloppy joe sauce and simmer for ten minutes, stirring now and then. Put the garlic toast on a baking sheet and bake it for five minutes.

After taking the toast out of the oven, add the meat mixture, sprinkle with provolone cheese slices or mozzarella shreds, and bake for seven minutes. I also made two keto toasts with garlic.
