INGREDIENTS:
Two pounds of cleaned and sliced 1-inch cubes of russet potatoes
Half a cup of bacon, chopped
One-fourth cup honey
One tablespoon of olive oil
Half a teaspoon of black pepper and one teaspoon of salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Set the oven’s temperature to 425°F (220°C).
- Put the potatoes, bacon, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Toss to coat.
