Honey Bacon Roasted Potatoes

Two pounds of cleaned and sliced 1-inch cubes of russet potatoes
Half a cup of bacon, chopped

One-fourth cup honey
One tablespoon of olive oil
Half a teaspoon of black pepper and one teaspoon of salt

  1. Set the oven’s temperature to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Put the potatoes, bacon, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Toss to coat.
  3. Arrange the potatoes on a baking pan in a single layer.
  4. Roast the potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are soft and golden brown.
  5. Take the Honey Bacon Roasted Potatoes out of the oven and savor them!
