INGREDIENTS:
1 pound of skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Two cups of brown or white minute rice
One can of cream of chicken soup
One can of cream of mushroom soup
One can of water
One spoonful of butter
One package of Lipton’s Onion Soup mix
INSTRUCTIONS:
Set the oven’s temperature to 175°C (350°F).
Grease a baking pan that is 9 by 13 inches with the tablespoon of butter.
Combine the Minute Rice, water, cream of chicken soup, and cream of mushroom soup in a medium bowl.
Fill the baking pan with the mixture after it has been greased.
Top the rice mixture with the chicken breasts.
Over the chicken breasts, evenly distribute the Lipton Onion Soup mix.
Bake the pan in a preheated oven for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through, covered with aluminum foil.
Ten minutes for preparation; one hour and thirty minutes for cooking; and one hour and forty minutes for the entire process
