famous mixed Coleslaw recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
1 /2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 cups shredded cabbage approx. 1 head
1/4 cup shredded carrots 1 medium carrot
2 tablespoons chopped onion
INSTRUCTIONS:
How to prepare: – Make sure the cabbage and carrots are cut into very thin pieces, a little larger than the rice
- Mix mayonnaise, sugar and milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Defeat until you win.
-Add cabbage, carrots and onions. Mix.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. If left overnight, it will taste even better.
