Banana Pudding Rice Krispies

Ingredients:
Three tablespoons of butter and 300g (10 oz) 180g (6 cups) of small marshmallows Cereal Rice Krispies

One box of quick banana pudding mix
Two cups (480ml) of milk
Two sliced ripe bananas and 240ml (1 cup) of whipped cream
For sprinkling, honey

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Stir in the small marshmallows until they melt completely. Take off the heat.
  2. Add the Rice Krispies cereal and stir until the marshmallow mixture is completely covered.
  3. Using wax paper or a buttered spatula, press the mixture evenly into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan that has been oiled. Let it cool fully.
  4. Mix the milk and instant banana pudding mix in a medium bowl until thick and smooth.
  5. Evenly cover the layer of cooled Rice Krispies in the baking pan with the prepared banana pudding.
  6. Place the banana slices on top of the layer of banana pudding.
  7. Cover the banana slices with a thick layer of whipped cream.
  8. Before serving, drizzle honey over the dessert.
