Baked Chicken Chimichangas

Ingredients:
8 ounce package of cream cheese
8 ounces of shredded pepperjack cheese and 1 1/2 tablespoons of taco spice

One pound of cooked, shredded chicken and eight flour tortillas
cooking spray.
Shredded cheddar cheese
green onions, sour cream as a garnish
salsa

Instructions:
Mix the taco seasoning, cream cheese, and pepperjack cheese.
Add chicken and fold.
Distribute among tortillas made with flour.
Roll each tortilla up and tuck in the sides.
Place seam side down in a 9 x 13″ baking dish that has been sprayed.
Apply cooking spray to the tortillas’ tops.

Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
After flipping the chimi, bake them for a further fifteen minutes.
Serve with salsa, sour cream, green onions, and cheddar cheese.
