Ingredients:
300 grams of broccoli, cut into florets
300 grams of mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Directions for Stir-Fry with Sautéed Broccoli and Mushrooms:
Get the veggies ready:
Rinse the broccoli and chop it into florets.
Cut the mushrooms into slices.
Add the mushrooms and sauté them.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become soft.
Cook the broccoli after adding it.
Continue to sauté the broccoli florets in the pan until the broccoli and mushrooms are crisp-tender.
After seasoning, serve:
Add salt, pepper, and any additional ingredients you want (garlic, soy sauce, ginger, etc.).
Serve hot with noodles or rice as a main course or as a side dish.
Advice:
Add minced garlic to the skillet with the mushrooms to add even more flavor.
Other veggies, like snap peas, bell peppers, or carrots, can also be added to the stir-fry.
Toward the end of cooking, whisk in a tablespoon of soy sauce or hoisin sauce if you prefer a little sauce.
