Regarding the icing:

Two teaspoons of milk

Instructions
Warm up the oven:
Set the oven temperature to 175°C (350°F). Set aside a loaf pan that has been greased.
Prepare the batter:
Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a medium-sized bowl.
Whisk the egg, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract in a separate basin.
Stir just until mixed after adding the wet components to the dry ingredients. Avoid overmixing.
Get the cinnamon filling ready.
Combine the ground cinnamon and brown sugar in a small bowl.

Layer the Filling and Batter: Fill the loaf pan with half of the batter.
Evenly distribute half of the sugar-cinnamon mixture over the top.
Cover with the remaining batter, spreading it out gently.
On top, scatter the leftover cinnamon-sugar mixture.
To achieve a marbled look, gently swirl the cinnamon filling into the batter using a knife.
A toothpick put into the center of the bread should come out clean after 40 to 45 minutes of baking.
Make the Icing: In a small bowl, combine the milk, vanilla essence, and powdered sugar until smooth and pourable while the bread cools. If necessary, add a bit more milk to adjust the consistency.
Serve after adding the icing:

After the bread has cooled a little, cover it with a thick layer of icing.
